LINC Housing continues to be a leader among nonprofit housing developers by using LEED certifiable building methods in all our pipeline communities, ensuring healthy living environments for residents. Two LINC properties recently received LEED Platinum certifications: Mosaic Gardens at Whittier, and The Palace in Long Beach.
