LINC Housing Corporation is a nonprofit organization that builds, owns and operates affordable housing for seniors and families throughout California. LINC also offers its residents life-enhancing services through the LINC Cares program.

LINC is committed to creating and preserving housing that is affordable, environmentally sustainable, and a catalyst for community improvement.

Hot Off the Press
Along with our many partners, LINC Housing recently celebrated the groundbreaking at SEASONS at Compton and the wall-breaking at The Palace Hotel in Long Beach. SEASONS at Compton is a brand new 84-unit affordable apartment complex for fixed-income seniors, seniors with developmental disabilities, and seniors caring for dependents with developmental disabilities. The Palace Hotel, a renovation project, will serve as affordable housing for youth who are transitioning from foster care to adult independence. To read more about SEASONS at Compton, click here.
