About
Arbor Village, located in the Lincoln Heights area of San Diego, is comprised of 112 family homes spread across 13 garden style buildings with spacious courtyards.
Linc enhanced the complex with major renovations and upgrades. We replaced many of the outdated aspects of the community with environmentally friendly features, including dual pane low-e windows, dual flush toilets, and low flow water fixtures as well as new cabinets and site improvements for greater handicap accessibility. Forty-one of the two-bedroom apartments were converted into three-bedrooms to accommodate larger families. Linc built and opened an entirely new community center that has a multipurpose space, a computer lab, two offices, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The community center houses our Linc Housing resident services including our after-school program and is the new heart of this transformed community.
The property is conveniently located within a quarter mile of a bus stop, public park, grocery store, and schools. In addition, the residents have access to several nearby retail shopping centers and a hospital.
