Fairview Heights in Inglewood is a transit-oriented affordable and supportive housing community that expands access to public transit along the Crenshaw/LAX Metro line.
Built by Linc Housing and National CORE in partnership with Los Angeles County, Metro, and the City of Inglewood, this 101 rental home community features 6,300 square feet of new retail space, creating jobs and services that benefit the surrounding neighborhood.
Residents have access to services provided by Linc Housing that focus on economic mobility, health and well-being, community engagement, and helping them achieve housing stability and personal goals. The property also features an innovative, multidimensional four-story mural celebrating community and the cultural heritage of Inglewood.
